1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cielon.co or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian's consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Because our fabrics are hand-spun and hand-woven in limited batches by weaver cooperatives, minor variations in color, texture, and weave are natural and are not considered defects. Product availability is not guaranteed and may sell out between the time an item is viewed and an order is placed.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which CIELON may accept or decline at its discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors). Payment is due in full at checkout via our supported payment gateways. An order confirmation email does not guarantee stock availability until payment has cleared.

4. Custom Tailoring Services

Fabric Kit orders may include an optional in-house custom tailoring add-on. By submitting measurements through our Tailoring Form, you confirm they are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Because custom-tailored garments are cut and stitched specifically to your submitted measurements, they are made-to-order and are not eligible for size-based returns or exchanges once production has begun.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship ready-to-wear and fabric kit orders across India through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and during order confirmation; custom-tailored items require additional production time before dispatch. CIELON is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Ready-to-wear items may be returned unworn, with tags attached, within 7 days of delivery.
• Raw Fabric Kits (uncut, unwashed) may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom-tailored garments, and any fabric kit once cut for tailoring, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the CIELON name, logo, product photography, journal articles, and page designs — is the property of CIELON Private Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting fraudulent orders, or scraping content without permission. CIELON reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders associated with suspected misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIELON's liability for any claim relating to your order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. CIELON is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
